Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander/cilantro
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped jalapenos
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Rough chop the tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, and and turn on at the lowest speed for 10-15 seconds. Check the consistency. If needed, repeat one more time. Be careful not to puree it. You want the salsa to be a little chunky.
- Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes if you have the time. It helps the flavors mix.
