Ingredients

  • Pachari- 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal- 1/2 cup
  • Toor dal-1/2 cup
  • Channa dal-1/2 cup
  • Dry red chilly- 25
  • Asefoetida – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil

Method

  1. Soak all the dal,rice and chillies for 3 hours and grind them using enough water.
  2. Add asefoetida,chopped curry leaves and salt to this batter and mix well.
  3. Heat a tava, spread some oil and pour a spoonfull of batter.
  4. Sprinkle some oil on top and sides of the dosa and turn it.
  5. You can have it with your favourite chutney…
