- Pachari- 1/2 cup
- Urad dal- 1/2 cup
- Toor dal-1/2 cup
- Channa dal-1/2 cup
- Dry red chilly- 25
- Asefoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Curry leaves
- Oil
Method
- Soak all the dal,rice and chillies for 3 hours and grind them using enough water.
- Add asefoetida,chopped curry leaves and salt to this batter and mix well.
- Heat a tava, spread some oil and pour a spoonfull of batter.
- Sprinkle some oil on top and sides of the dosa and turn it.
- You can have it with your favourite chutney…
