Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoons Ginger chopped
- 4 cups Watermelon cubed
- 1/2 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- Ice Cubes as needed
Method
- Place water and sugar in a sauce pot and bring to low simmer to dissolve sugar. Set aside.
- Put watermelon and ginger in a blender; process until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a pitcher.
- Add sugar water. Stir in lime juice. Pour over fresh ice and serve.
Wonderful cool and refreshing way to enjoy summer.
